DAY 1 Belgrade
Arrive into Belgrade airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy some free time during the day then in the evening, meet your Tour Manager and fellow travellers for a Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2 Belgrade
Enjoy a full day excursion out of Belgrade today. Your first stop is Krusedol monastery, founded in the beginning of the 16th century and considered as one of Serbia's most significant monasteries. Continue to the picturesque town of Sremski Karlovci with its baroque and neoclassical houses and buildings. Afterwards, take a break and stop by one of the famous local wineries for lunch and wine tasting. Next would be a visit to the one of the most important representatives of Belgrade's cultural heritage, the Petrovaradin fortress. It was a significant military fort of the Austrian rulers designed for the defence of territories in warfare. Before returning to Belgrade, stop by the city of Novi Sad where you will join a sightseeing tour and free time on your own.

DAY 3 Belgrade
Your day will start with a visit to Kalemegdan Fortress, dramatically set at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers, in an urban area of modern Belgrade, Serbia. You’ll also see Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, Saint Sava Temple, the largest Orthodox Church in the city, and Tito’s Memorial. Hop on back to your coach to continue with your journey to the mountains of Avala. It is located in the south-eastern part of the town and provides a great panoramic view of Belgrade, Vojvodina and Sumadija, as the surrounding area on all sides is mostly lowlands. The rest of your day is free for you to explore at your own pace. You may opt to join an Optional Excursion to Topola, where George Petrovic, better known by his sobriquet Karadjordje, was chosen as the leader of the First Serbian Uprising against the Ottoman Empire in 1804. In the afternoon, drive back to Belgrade for another free time to enjoy the town. Tonight, meet your fellow travellers to have a dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 4 Belgrade - Zagreb
Leave Belgrade for Zagreb this morning. On your arrival, you can start your own venture in the largest and capital city of Croatia. Be back in the evening for your dinner.

DAY 5 Zagreb
Discover the historic Upper Town as you embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Zagreb this morning. You will also see the colourful-roofed St. Marks Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, Parliament and Government Palace. The rest of the day is yours to explore the winding streets of the old town at your own pace or perhaps take an Optional Excursion into the countryside.
*Note: Zagreb Cathedral is expected to reopen in March 2024.

DAY 6 Zagreb - Ljubljana - Bled
After breakfast head towards Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. A walking city tour will take you to the highlights of the old city centre, including the bustling open-air Central Market, the Three Bridges, Baroque Town Hall and Robba’s Fountain – a baroque monument modelled after classic Roman fountains. Once the tour has ended, continue on to the picturesque lakeside town of Bled.

DAY 7 Bled
Located in the foothills of the Julian Alps, Bled is set along an alpine lake surrounded by dramatic high peaks and a picture perfect setting. The exquisite location has turned the area into a popular resort town with a smattering of hotels, villas and restaurants, giving it a lively atmosphere and making it a year-round destination. A sightseeing tour will take you around this charming lakeside town and includes a visit to the imposing Bled Castle, perched high atop a cliff above the lake. The rest of the day will be at your leisure to relax and enjoy the enchanting scenery, or perhaps join an Optional Excursion to visit the island in the centre of the lake.

DAY 8 Bled - Postojna - Opatija - Plitvice Lakes
Your journey continues to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train for a truly one-of-a-kind experience! Afterwards, head towards the coast and stop by the popular seaside town of Opatija. Learn about the history of this fashionable 19th century resort town dotted with Austro-Hungarian Habsburg period villas that still retains its glamour and charm from a bygone era. Enjoy some free time in Opatija before travelling on to Plitvice Lakes.

DAY 9 Plitvice Lakes - Split
Have your camera handy as you visit the World Heritage listed Plitvice Lakes National Park today. Enjoy a relaxing walking tour of the 16 breathtaking, turquoise lakes and cascading waterfalls surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. At the conclusion of the tour, continue onwards to Split.

Day 10 Split
As Croatia’s second largest city, Split has evolved from the ruins of the remarkable Diocletian’s Palace, the retirement home of Dalmatian born Emperor Diocletian, to the contemporary hub it is today. Enjoy a sightseeing tour this morning of the historic inner city where you can witness the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage seamlessly juxtaposed against modern development. Visit the Peristyle, Jupiter’s temple and St. Domnius Cathedral before having the remainder of the afternoon free to stroll through the beautiful cobblestone streets of Old Town, visit the local beach or join an Optional Excursion to Hvar Island (paid locally).

DAY 11 Split - Dubrovnik
Your tour concludes today after breakfast with a departure transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
