DAY 2 Bucharest
Explore the beauty of Bucharest, an intriguing capital that is blossoming as a unique Eastern European city. Visit the Parliament Palace, one of the largest buildings in the world and a National Treasure. The tour will also bring you to the Romanian Athenaeum, the Opera House, the National Military Club, the Military Academy, Triumphal Arch, and the Village Museum. Aside from these, you will also get to know how the Romanian people finally succeeded in toppling the last communist dictator in Eastern Europe at the Revolution Square.

DAY 3 Bucharest - Brasov
Depart Bucharest to visit the beautiful 17th-century Sinaia Monastery and view the Peles Castle, built as the summer residence of King Carol I. Continue with your journey towards Bran Castle, made famous by Bram Stoker's novel as the residence of the sinister vampire, Count Dracula. Afterwards, travel to Brasorv where you will stay for the night.

DAY 4 Brasov - Sighisoara - Sibiu
Start your day with a walking tour of Brasov and visit the first Romanian School Museum with an impressive collection of rare books, documents, and art. After this, leave Brasov for the town of Sighisoara to visit the best-preserved medieval city in southeastern Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage site with the famous Clock Tower Museum. Hop on back to your coach for your next destination, the town of Sibiu. Once the richest town in Transylvania, Sibiu is now well known for its rich culture, history, gastronomy and diverse architecture. During your visit, you will see the Huet Square, the Great Square, the Evangelical Cathedral, Liar's Bridge and more. End your day with a delightful dinner in a local farmhouse in the village of Sibiel with return transfers included.

DAY 5 Sibiu - Turnu Severin

DAY 6 Turnu Severin - Djerdap - Belgrade
This morning, cross the border of Serbia as you drive towards Djerdap. On your arrival, embark on a cruise and set sail through gorge, seeing the most beautiful spot in Danube River. Located in the south side of Dunebe river, Golubac Fortress is your next destination. Visit the medieval fortified ten-tower town on the hill slope, with an overlooking view of Danube River. End today's journey in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia.

DAY 7 Belgrade
Enjoy a full day excursion out of Belgrade today. Your first stop is Krusedol monastery, founded in the beginning of the 16th century and considered as one of Serbia's most significant monasteries. Continue to the picturesque town of Sremski Karlovci with its baroque and neoclassical houses and buildings. Afterwards, take a break and stop by one of the famous local wineries for lunch and wine tasting. Next would be a visit to the one of the most important representatives of Belgrade's cultural heritage, the Petrovaradin fortress. It was a significant military fort of the Austrian rulers designed for the defence of territories in warfare. Before returning to Belgrade, stop by the city of Novi Sad where you will join a sightseeing tour and free time on your own.

DAY 8 Belgrade
Your day will start with a visit to Kalemegdan Fortress, dramatically set at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers, in an urban area of modern Belgrade, Serbia. You’ll also see Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, Saint Sava Temple, the largest Orthodox Church in the city, and Tito’s Memorial. Hop on back to your coach to continue with your journey to the mountains of Avala. It is located in the south-eastern part of the town and provides a great panoramic view of Belgrade, Vojvodina and Sumadija, as the surrounding area on all sides is mostly lowlands. The rest of your day is free for you to explore at your own pace. You may opt to join an optional excursion to Topola, where George Petrovic, better known by his sobriquet Karadjordje, was chosen as the leader of the First Serbian Uprising against the Ottoman Empire in 1804. In the afternoon, drive back to Belgrade for another free time to enjoy the town. Tonight, meet your fellow travellers to have a dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 9 Belgrade - Zagreb

DAY 10 Zagreb
Discover the historic Upper Town as you embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Zagreb this morning. You will also visit the colourful-roofed St. Marks Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, Parliament and Government Palace. The rest of the day is yours to explore the winding streets of the old town at your own pace or perhaps take an Optional Excursion into the countryside.
