Beyond Travel is fully accredited with the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) and is a member of the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO – member TO1039) and Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA)

Beyond Travel is committed to applying the principles of the new Privacy Act as set out by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, in being transparent about how we handle your personal information and its protection.

The personal information that you provide is necessary for us to make your travel arrangements and associated activities. It is kept in our in-house reservation system server located in our office and is protected by the latest security system which is reviewed and updated regularly.

Information provided via our website is not kept by the web host but is directed into the reservation system.

We provide information to our overseas travel partners and local operators in order for them to process bookings and reservations.

Periodically we send newsletters or other promotional materials via email or post to past clients, people who have previously requested travel brochures or information and people who have subscribed to our newsletter via the web site or other means.

People who no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other promotional material can unsubscribe by using the link provided at the bottom of the newsletter, replying to any email from us and type ‘Unsubscribe from newsletter’ into the subject line, or by telephone.

Beyond Travel will not use your personal details for any other purpose or give them to any other party not involved with your travel arrangements.
