Explore the ancient cities of Greece as you walk amongst the ruins of the famed Oracle of Delphi, the acoustic ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, the Temple of Zeus and the original Olympic stadium. Visit archaeological sites and museums that showcase the treasures found over the centuries and listen to the tales of the infamous Greek Gods. You will also have a chance to admire the engineering skills required to build the Corinth Canal and the monasteries built high upon the cliffs in Meteora as well as overnight in the charming coastal town of Nafplion with a strong medieval atmosphere.
Day 1 Athens - Nafplion
An early departure from Athens takes you along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal. After a short stop, continue to the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, built in 300 B.C. and renowned for its incredible acoustics. Then continue to the town of Nauplion where you can enjoy a free afternoon exploring the town's sights such as Fortress of Palamidi.

Day 2 Nafplion - Mycenae - Olympia
Enjoy the morning at leisure before departing middle of the day to Mycenae. One of the earliest Greek civilisations, here you will visit an impressive archaeological site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. Drive through the Central Peloponnese and the towns of Tripolis and Magalopolis to Olympia, birthplace of the Olympic Games, where you will have dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Olympia - Delphi
Join a morning tour of Olympia during which you will visit the Archaeological Site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the ancient stadium, the spot where the torch of the modern Olympic Games is lit, and the Archaeological Museum. In the afternoon, drive through the plains of Iliad and Achaia and cross the magnificent bridge over the Corinthian Bay. After passing the picturesque towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea, arrive at Delphi for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Delphi - Kalambaka
Delphi hosted the most important oracle in the classical world and was the major site for the worship of Apollo. Visit the Archaeological Site to explore the Temple of Apollo, the amphitheatre, the stadium and the Museum of Delphi. Then travel to the small town of Kalambaka, situated at the foot of the extraordinary Meteora rocks. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 5 Kalambaka - Meteora - Athens
Visit Meteora, with its particularly impressive scenery, ageless monasteries, and priceless historical and religious treasures. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia. You will also make a short stop at Thermopylae to see the Leonida's Monument. Continue on to arrive in Athens early in the evening.
