Day 1 Athens - Nauplion
An early departure from Athens takes you along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal. After a short stop, continue to the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, built in 300 BC and renowned for its incredible acoustics. Afterwards, arrive at Nauplion and the rest of the day is at leisure. Explore this romantic city yourself, once the first capital of modern Greece, filled with impressive castles, museums with invaluable treasures, historic churches, beautiful neoclassical buildings and paved cobbled paths decorated with bougainvillea that bear the grandeur of bygone days.

Day 2 Nauplion- Mycenae - Olympia
After breakfast, take it easy and maybe stroll to Akronafplia Fortress for panoramic views of the city. At midday, depart for Mycenae, one of the earliest Greek civilisations where you will visit an impressive archaeological site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. Then leave through the Central Peloponnese and the towns of Tripoli and Megalopoli to Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games.

Day 3 Olympia - Delphi
Join a morning tour of Olympia during which you will visit the Archaeological Site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the ancient stadium, the spot where the torch of the modern Olympic Games is lit, and the Archaeological Museum. In the afternoon, drive through the plains of Iliad and Achaia and cross the magnificent bridge over the Corinthian Bay. After passing the picturesque towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea, arrive at Delphi for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Delphi - Athens
Delphi hosted the most important oracle in the classical world and was the major site for the worship of Apollo. On a guided tour, explore the Temple of Apollo, Amphitheatre, stadium and Museum of Delphi. You will also visit the Treasury of the Athenians and the Delphi Museum, which houses valuable pieces of art like the famous bronze charioteer. Enjoy some free time before driving through the village of Arachova, renowned for its colourful carpets. Return to Athens via Levadia and Thebes, arriving early in the evening.
