DAY 1 Mestre
Welcome to Italy! Your tour commences with an arrival transfer from Marco Polo Airport to your hotel in Mestre. The rest of the day is at your leisure to discover Venice.

DAY 2 Mestre - Venice - Bled/Bohinj
After breakfast, meet your tour manager in the hotel reception for your walking tour of the unique floating city of Venice followed by a delightful lunch. Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. It has no roads, just canals – including the Grand Canal thoroughfare – lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. After getting to know more of this iconic city, continue towards the picturesque Bled, Slovenia.

DAY 3 Bled and Bohinj
Enjoy a guided tour and explore the small fairy-tale-like town of Bled perfectly placed at the Julian Alps and is one of the most popular destinations in Slovenia for its picturesque setting. During your visit, get a chance to take a serene boat ride to the island and visit the famous Bled Castle. The terrace of the castle affords wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains – on a clear day you can see Slovenia’s highest mountain, Mount Triglav. The final stop of the day will be Lake Bohinj, one of the best kept secrets in the area. Overnight in Lake Bled or Bohinj area.

DAY 4 Bled/Bohinj - Klagenfurt - Lake Worth - Bled/Bohinj
Today, travel to the neighbouring country of Austria, offering plenty of views of the Alps. In the historic county of Carinthia, enjoy a panoramic tour of Lake Worth, a popular vacation spot. Then, on to the charming Klagenfurt, a university town with the beautiful Lindworm fountain dominating the old city square. Visit Klagenfurt for a lunch stop before returning to Lake Bled/Bohinj.

DAY 5 Bled/Bohinj - Postojna & Predjama Castle - Rovinj/Vrsar
Your first stop today will be the Postojna Cave, one of the largest underground cave systems in Europe. Visit another famous attraction in Slovenia, the Renaissance Predjama Castle, built into the mouth of a cave in the middle of a towering limestone cliff. Afterwards, your journey continues to Croatia to the coastal town of Rovinj.

DAY 6 Rovinj/Vrsar - Istrian Peninsula - Rovinj/Vrsar
Enjoy a full day discovering the most precious jewels of the Istrian Coast. A walk through the labyrinth of cobbled streets and the medieval Old Town, offering some of the most picturesque streets in Istria. Depart for inner Istria for a sample of one of the peninsula's tastiest treats: the truffle. Then, visit one of the most renowned olive oil producers to various sorts of extra virgin olive oil. After these treats, continue to Pula, a 3000-year-old-city to visit one of the best-preserved amphitheatres in the world.

DAY 7 Rovinj/Vrsar - Opatija - Lake Bajer - Plitvice Lakes
After breakfast, travel from Croatia’s biggest peninsula through the delightful town of Opatija, situated on picturesque Kvarner Bay and the favourite resort of the Habsburgs and the European aristocracy. After free time in Opatija, you will travel to Plitvice Lakes, stopping enroute for lunch in the picturesque village of Fuzine. Dine at Bitoraj for a traditional home-style meal of regional delicacies. Arrive this evening at your hotel in the Plitvice area and enjoy dinner at the hotel.

DAY 8 Plitvice Lakes - Split
Join a walking tour of the UNESCO-listed park, the oldest and most beautiful National Park in Croatia. The most scenic area of the park consists of 16 terraced lakes connected by a series of magnificent waterfalls. Your journey continues south to Split, the largest city on the Adriatic Coast. On your evening walking tour, discover Diocletian's Palace, built by the Roman emperor Diocletian. Also, see the Grgur Ninski Statue, the Cathedral, and Bell Tower of St. Domnius.

DAY 9 Split
After breakfast, revel in a leisurely day to uncover Split's charming surrounds at your own pace. Perhaps, unwind along the scenic promenade, embark on a Marjan hill hike, or indulge in local boutiques, eateries, and wine bars for an immersive exploration of this vibrant city.

DAY 10 Split - Dubrovnik
Your journey continues with an early transfer to the fast ferry from Split to Dubrovnik. Arrive in Dubrovnik around noon and check-in at your hotel. After leaving your luggage, head to the old town for a fascinating guided walking tour. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore at your leisure and can return to the hotel whenever you prefer.

DAY 11 Dubrovnik
Enjoy a free day in Dubrovnik to explore more of its wonders. You can choose to do sea kayaking around the walls, take a cable car ride for panoramic views, visit Lokrum island or immerse yourself in the world of Game of Thrones with a themed tour. Alternatively, you have the option to join an excursion to nearby Montenegro or the historic city of Mostar in Bosnia.

DAY 12 Dubrovnik
Your Lakes & Mediterranean Harmony with Dubrovnik Extension concludes with a departure transfer to Dubrovnik airport or your Croatia cruise.
