Day 1 Istanbul
Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to begin your exploration of this fascinating city.

Day 2 Istanbul
A full day guided city tour of Istanbul’s Old Town will take you around its historic Sultanahmet neighbourhood, brimming with iconic buildings and storied streets. This includes the Topkapi Palace, 12th century Hagia Sophia, the iconic Blue Mosque and the rowdy Grand Bazaar, with its maze of over 4,400 shops.

Day 3 Istanbul - Gallipoli - Canakkale
Today you will drive along the Dardanelles Strait to the battlefields of Gallipoli. See the sombre sites of Anzac Cove, the Nek, Lone Pine, Conk Bair and the 57th Regiment Memorial, then cross the Dardanelles Strait by ferry to Canakkale for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Canakkale - Troy - Pergamum - Kusadasi
A short drive brings you to the ruins of Troy, founded 5,000 years ago and famous through the tales of the Trojan War in Homer’s Iliad. After a tour of the site, drive to the ancient Greek city of Pergamum to see the Acropolis, then continue to Kusadasi.

Day 5 Kusadasi - Ephesus - Sirince - Kusadasi
Today’s excursion takes you to spectacular Ephesus, a Greco-Roman city with 2,000 years of history. Discover the city’s many historic temples and Virgin Mary’s House, and learn how Turkish leather handicrafts are formed. Explore the beautiful hilltop village of Sirince where you can shop and taste locally brewed wine before returning to your hotel.

Day 6 Kusadasi - Hierapolis - Pamukkale - Marmaris
After breakfast, drive through the fertile plains of western Turkey to the beautiful lime cascades and thermal pools of Pamukkale, one of Turkey’s most stunning natural wonders. After admiring the beauty of its thermal pools, continue to the ancient city of Hierapolis with its magnificent Necropolis. After a short tour, head to Marmaris where you will dinner and overnight.

Day 7 Marmaris
Your tour concludes after breakfast with a departure transfer to Marmaris port for your onward journey.
